Tour and venue access
Walking routes, surfaces and venues vary by experience. Please contact us before reserving if you need step-free access, details about walking distances, seating information or other assistance.
The Puerto Vallarta barrios tour is not suitable for guests with impaired mobility. Cabo and San José routes also involve walking; confirm route details with us before choosing.
Dietary needs
Tell us about food allergies and dietary requirements in advance. Suitable options depend on the experience; please do not assume every tour can accommodate the same requests.
